Lindsay Lohan showed off the gown she wore to a friend’s wedding, and it definitely didn’t get the reaction we’re sure she’d hoped for.
Fans quickly slammed the starlet for wearing white to a wedding that wasn’t her own.

In the photo, Lohan can be seen sporting a dress with a beaded and sparkling top and a white chiffon skirt with a slit up the side revealing her toned legs. She is also sporting a sparkling headband and some silver peep-toe pumps.

She captioned the photo, “happy wedding to Justin and Lana.”

“Hey, you beautiful addict! Don’t wear white to someone else’s wedding. Stay off those pills and maybe one day you’ll get to wear one at your wedding and someone there will wear white too,” one commenter said.
Another added, “How inappropriate your dress and tiara are. Its [sic] not about you and it hasn’t been in years.”
“You should know better than to wear a white dress to a wedding,” still more added.
But for all we know, the wedding was black-and-white themed and guests were expected to match the bride and groom. It would be far from the first wedding that sported white dresses other than the bride’s. Kim Kardashian famously had white bridesmaid’s dresses when she wed Kris Humphries. Pippa Middleton wore a white dress when her sister Kate Middleton wed Prince William. And Solange Knowles had her family in an all-white look for her walk down the aisle.

Of course, Lohan could have just made an honest mistake. In which case, we encourage her to get herself a good stylist for future events. But it’s still not any reason to belittle the actress and bully her online.
