Derick sparked the rumors on his Instagram page last week when he posted a photo saying that “life just got better” next to a photo of a rocket ship marriage countdown.
The full caption read, “Saw this ‘countdown’ while organizing my phone today, and was reminded that life with my best friend has just gotten better since! #dillardfamilyadventures.”

Of course, he could have just been referring to the family’s mission trip in El Salvador, but given the family’s struggle to deal with the Josh Duggar scandal as of late, it seems especially impressive that Dillard is keeping such a positive attitude. Unless, of course, he has some pending news that trumps all the negative press.
“She’s prego,” one commenter said of Jill.
And other echoed the sentiment, “Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant!”

Recent photos of Jill also have encouraged fan speculation, though many people do think that the slight “bump” seen in some photos can be attributed to the fact that she just gave birth to her first child, Israel, in April.
But fans have also noticed that most of Jill’s photos lately show her tummy covered or cropped out of photos.
Either way, the couple clearly isn’t letting their family drama get in the way of enjoying their mission trip.
