Kardashian has very publicly admitted that he’s struggling to get back in shape, with a goal to lose about 100 pounds. And it looks like he’s well on his way and feeling confident.

Kardashian simply captioned the photo “gnight,” but the simple glimpse at his face was enough to get his lady fans in a tizzy.

“OMFGGG he’s doing it!!!” one commenter gushed, “My ultimate crush.”
“Omg! Sooo proud! I love you! You’re sooo sexy and such a great person,” another added.
And the comments kept coming from there. “You look so damn handsome! Great job improving your health! Super proud of you!”
In fact, the comments were so encouraging that there didn’t seem to be one negative, mean-spirited post among the 7,000 comments. (Granted, we didn’t read them all, but a pretty extensive scroll didn’t turn up any hate.)
This photo marks Kardashian’s first selfie in years, and though he hasn’t publicly spoken to the media in a while, his family has been candid about their efforts to support his journey to get fit and healthy.
Kris Jenner told E! News at the beginning of the summer, “Rob is living in LA right now and he’s doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff. My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff.”

Khloé Kardashian echoed those statements. “Right now, I’m really proud of him. He’s been working out a little and trying to get his groove back. And he acknowledges it! He’s aware that he’s very introverted, and of course, not the way he used to be. I think being aware is probably the best thing.”
Rob even took to Instagram with a throwback pic, making light of his weight gain by saying it all started with his love of milkshakes.
