Kim Zolciak may have just made the worst Instagram move in her war against plastic surgery rumors.

Zolciak, who insists she hasn’t had a nose job or other work on her face aside from Botox, posted a photo from 1997 of her with her then-newborn daughter, Brielle. But it wasn’t the sweet mother-daughter moment that got all of the attention.

“Crazy!! Me and @briellebiermann 18 plus yrs ago!!!! Brielle was 3 days old!” Zolciak captioned the photo, ending it with a couple of heart-eyed emojis.
But as seems to be the case with every photo Zolciak posts these days, the attention immediately turned to a study of her face. And how entirely different she looks today.

“I’m not trying to be a hater and I am just going on the comments regarding her nose. This nose is not the same as the nose she has now,” one commenter said. “Her eyes aren’t the same either. But does it matter. As long as it makes her happy and her husband loves it that’s all that really matters.”
But others were harsher, with one commenter writing, “U totally got a nose job a bling person could see that why lie !! Own it !!! That’s what a REAL person would do !!!
“The tip of her nose would not completely change just because she gained weight. #clearlyanosejob,” another added in response to some comments that said her noticeably different face could have been related to pregnancy weight.
Fans are intent on not letting go until Zolciak admits she had a nose job and other procedures on her face.

Unfortunately, if Zolciak’s public reaction is any indication so far, they are definitely going to have to get used to disappointment. Zolciak has repeatedly denied the claims, even posting other photos next to her children to prove how similar their features are.
