Miley Cyrus reportedly has some ideas to alter her body, but they’re far from your typical plastic surgery.
According to In Touch, Cyrus wants devil horn implants. Like, really.

“She’s leaning toward getting silicone horns implanted in her head,” a source In Touch describes as a “friend” explained. “Miley wants them to be very out there, like devil horns!”
Now, this report really, admittedly, just sounds absolutely ridiculous. So much so that it might just be true. Because how in the heck would a rumor like this ever get started?
We’re really hoping that Cyrus was just talking jokingly, or talking while high, or some other similar explanation, and didn’t really mean she was actually going to go through with the procedure. Because, WTF?!
And that’s apparently not the only alteration Cyrus wants to make.
“She’s also interested in a corset piercing,” the “friend” adds. “It’s when you get holes pierced around your spine and you can actually put ribbons through those holes in crisscross fashion to mimic the look of a corset.”

Now, Cyrus has done some crazy things, but we never saw her as the devil-horned, corset-pierced kind of gal. That’s a pretty dark turn for the pop star to take.
She has styled her hair in a similar fashion before.

And we know she likes to do weird things with her tongue hanging out of her mouth.
And honestly, who can put anything past the pop star at this point? But devil horns? Really, Miley?
