Lindsay Lohan has had a troubled past, but in recent months, she appeared to be back on the straight and narrow. However, the The Canyons star’s new Instagram post appears to have given her fans cause for concern.

Lohan took to Instagram on Sunday, posting a black-and-white photo of herself wearing a wide-brimmed hat. But it was her lengthy, mostly incoherent caption that has sparked concern.
She wrote, “…#michaeljackson #rip miss you as my real only private friend. For you: god, for all hurts and wrongs, please let me forgive, Allah please let me be forgiven, and all forgive themselves. Please and thank you. (Someone I was with the night before several towers fell, it felt like not a curse, but more like a spell.. What we think in America is not always clear, we don’t have@peta commercials / you just kill deer….with this being said, I’m a girl with a reputation mislead… [sic].”
The post then goes on to talk about, well, to be honest, we’re not entirely sure. But she did mention Oprah Winfrey, Meryl Streep and Angelina Jolie, saying, “…If helping others is a passion, talk to angelina jolie… If you want to be a brilliant actress, work wth Meryl Streep …at the end of the day- republican or democrats — BE HERE NOW @oprah and live with integrity. Or go to sleep… [sic].”

Fans have reacted to the message with confusion. Comments include, “wtf is she talking about!!!,” “Ummm what did I just read? It doesn’t make sense think she’s lost it again,” and “@lindsaylohan wtf get some help.”
There are also those who feel Lohan has once again fallen off the wagon, with user jeffgraham87 simply writing, “Drunk.”

And many others agree with him. Other comments read, “Time for detox?” and “Stick to smoking Parliament cigarettes if your [sic] going to smoke anything….because whatever you were smoking when you wrote this wasn’t very good for you.”
It appears Lohan was trying to make a rhyme, but the result is just a lot of really puzzled fans.
