Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you most likely know of Rachel McAdams and you might even have heard about her celebrity makeup artist sister, Kayleen. But little did we know that there is a third sibling in the McAdams equation: a young, hot male sibling.
McAdams attended a Toronto International Film Festival party on Monday and brought her brother Dan McAdams as her date. The actress looked gorgeous, as usual, but we were so busy ogling her brother that we almost didn’t notice.
So what gives, Rachel? Why have you been holding out on us? We’d almost be mad at her, but we wouldn’t want the bitterness to seep into our weekend Notebook marathons.

So, instead of getting angry, we did some sleuthing/light Internet stalking, and here’s everything we gathered about Dan McAdams.
1. He’s a personal trainer
According to his LinkedIn profile, Dan is a personal trainer specialist and holds certifications in TRX suspension, Agatsu kettlebell instruction, Poliquin performance and Olympic lifting.

2. He owns his own company
Dan is the proud owner of McAdams Fitness, which offers private and semiprivate training sessions in his “well-equipped facility” as well as online lifestyle coaching, according the company’s website.
“My motivation stems from deep-rooted personal passion and concern for people’s health and well-being in an increasingly inactive society,” Dan writes in his vision statement. “I am not one of those drill sergeant trainers, cracking the whip and barking orders. You will always find yourself in a safe, positive and encouraging environment.”
3. He worked in fast food
He may be all about fitness now, but back in the day, Dan worked at McDonald’s, just like Rachel and Kayleen, who was a manager at the chain.
“I was not a great employee. I broke the orange juice machine one day,” Rachel said of her fast-food experience.
4. He lives in Toronto
His big sisters may be living the Hollywood lifestyle, but Dan still lives and operates his business in the McAdams’ home country, Canada.

5. He studied to be a police officer
According to his LinkedIn profile, Dan attended Sir Sandford Fleming College in Ontario from 2002 to 2004. He studied police foundations, criminal justice and police science.
6. He’s a martial arts master
Dan has 12 years of shorin ryu karate experience, according to the McAdams Fitness website. That’s classical karate in layman’s terms.
7. He’s taken!
Dan got married back in 2013, according to Us Weekly. Big-time bummer, considering he is totally obtainable otherwise.
