In the spirit of New Year’s, the Ladies of London crew decided to put their differences aside and celebrate — with fireworks, champagne, yoga at dinner and onesies.

What could possibly go wrong when you combine alcohol and a unicorn onesie? At a New Year’s Eve celebration put together by Juliet, the ladies enjoyed some lighthearted shenanigans, until a comment by Caroline Stanbury sent Julie Montagu into tears. While it’s debatable as to whether or not Julie actually let it go (she probably didn’t), the ultimate faux pas of the evening was when Caroline, clad in a unicorn onesie, straddled Juliet’s husband, Gregor. Caroline didn’t understand what all the fuss was about — it was a joke — but Juliet was furious, especially when Caroline said Gregor loved it. Caroline’s army of fans on Twitter (as well as those who just don’t like Juliet) rushed to her defense.
Oh, Juliet, just shut it. Caroline was only goofing. It's not like she was grinding & your husband didn't object. #lightenup#LadiesofLondon

The folks who were upset with Caroline ranged from her fans, to those who were annoyed with her for her earlier interaction with Juliet and those who would vote her off the show if they could.
Caroline I love you but straddling Julie's husband on the couch was absolutely wrong. #LadiesofLondon

Caroline and Juliet are both tough, no question, but they seem like they’ve had a good friendship until this point. It would be a shame to see that disintegrate, especially after last week’s uncomfortable conversation between Juliet and Marissa and the stress we know Caroline’s under at work. Hopefully, after everyone’s done being hungover, they can move on from this.
