According to CP24, the official launch of the restaurant, which is located on King Street West near Spadina Avenue, took place on Monday night. And Drake took to Instagram to share a picture of himself and Angelo Ferraro, along with Chef Lee and his two sons, Kai and Levi Bent-Lee.

But instead of rave reviews about the food — which we can only imagine was mouth-watering — everyone is chattering about the celebrity guests and the star-studded party. Among the guests were tennis champ (and Drake’s rumoured love interest) Serena Williams and Jada Pinkett Smith and her teenage son, Jaden Smith.

This opening was clearly not normal.

Jaden Smith got a lot of attention, but mainly because everyone thought it was past his bedtime.
