The world’s highest-paid supermodel is cashing in again with a limited-edition coffee table book full of her pictures. Sounds awesome, right? So what’s the catch? It comes with a steep price tag: $700.
According to People magazine, a German publishing company is behind the book, which is set to commemorate the supermodel’s 20-year career. The 11 x 15.4-inch hardcover book will feature 300 photos, including some “discreetly posed nudes,” according to the site. The other catch? Only 1,000 copies will be released, so even at the $700 price point, we suspect they’re going to be difficult to get hold of. The upside to that limited release, however, is that every single copy will be signed by Bündchen. Almost enough to convince you to shell out $700, right?

According to Taschen, the publishing company, the book is “personally curated and designed by Gisele in collaboration with [creative director] Giovanni Bianco.”
Taschen released a statement to describe the project, saying, “From her legendary nude portrait by Irving Penn, chosen as the book’s cover, to iconic shots from such industry luminaries as David LaChapelle, Juergen Teller, Inez & Vinoodh, Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, and Corinne Day, it is a unique artistic presentation of the most famous Brazilian export together with Pele and Senna, and the highest-earning model in the world.”
Bündchen hasn’t mentioned the book in any interviews yet, but we’re willing to bet she’s pretty excited about it, if for no other reason than the $700,000 it’s bound to rake in.
