Jessa Duggar and her husband, Ben Seewald, are expecting their first child on Nov. 1, and they recently opened up about how their brood will differ from the 19 Kids and Counting household.

An eyewitness at the Southern Women’s Show in Orlando told Entertainment Tonight that Jessa and Ben confirmed they would not be having as many children as her parents, Michelle and Jim Bob. And they will also not be naming all of their offspring with a single letter.
“We thought to ourselves, if we do that, we’ll kind of limit our name selection,” Ben said of naming their children. “We thought maybe we’ll keep our options open.”
And what about their plans to adopt?

“We’d love to adopt. We’re looking into that and trying to see what the process is, what the requirements are,” Jessa said.
The pair reportedly also spoke about their future and how having a child will dramatically change their lives.
“I know it’s going to change our lives dramatically,” Jessa told the crowd. “It’s going to be huge. [Ben and I] were just talking logistics of travel. Right now, we packed all of our stuff in a little suitcase for this weekend trip, and I was like, man, when you have a baby! Our friends have been warning us, ‘You’re going to have car seats and strollers and a huge bag for all the baby stuff — diapers, and whatever, extra change of clothes in case something happens.'”

Even with the big changes, Jessa and Ben have made it clear they cannot wait for their firstborn to arrive, and they have kept fans updated about their pregnancy via their Instagram accounts — although they have yet to reveal the gender of the baby.
Most recently, the couple called on fans to suggest baby names.
