Chick and Baccarin have been locked in a custody battle over their son, Julius. A judge recently ruled that Julius will spend the majority of his time in New York with his mother since Baccarin soon won’t be able to fly due to her second pregnancy.

Neither star has spoken out publicly about the relationship as of now. But McKenzie did retweet a message from his sister, which congratulated the two on the happy news becoming public.
