Honey Boo Boo makes her singing debut with unbelievable music video (VIDEO)

Since the cancellation of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo by TLC amid allegations that the matriarch of the family, Mama June, was romantically involved with a convicted child molester, we’ve all had the same burning question: What has the sketti-eating family been up to?

Well, we finally got that answer. Little Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson hasn’t been wasting her time doing nothing. She’s been “moving on up,” making the transition from reality TV star and beauty pageant contestant to a pop music sensation and video recording artist.

And the new video she just dropped is sure to, uh, well, it’s sure to make you do something.

Her song, which was produced by viral video star Adam Barta — who also produced videos for Tan Mom and Octomom — is titled “Movin’ Up.” It is supposed to chronicle the self-titled redneck family in their Jefferson-style rise from “garden-variety Georgia rednecks to kind of famous Georgia rednecks.”

And with such lyrics as “started out as a pageant queen, then on TV doing’ my thing, now I’m moving up in the world [unintelligible garble] with my girls,” the song is sure to be a hit. We even get cameos from Mama June, Pumpkin and Sugar Bear.

Couldn’t tear your eyeballs away, could you?

It’s OK, neither could we. But fans of the show and the tiny princess are eating the new tune up, practically foaming at the mouth while pleading to get the family’s reality show back on TV.

One person said, “I’m doin [sic] the Honey Boo Boo Bop. I LOVE ALANA !!!!!!!!!!!!”

Another said, “SIMPLY DIVINE,” and one gushed, “omg I love it.”

While I don’t know about “loving it,” I do know that the Honey Boo Boo Bop is still kind of playing in the back of my head. Don’t lie, it’s still ringing in yours, too.

Now that the Honey Boo Boo Bop is here, will our lives ever be the same? Does the Nay Nay stand a chance?
