Kim Zolciak will return to the Dancing With the Stars stage.
According to TMZ, the show has invited the reality TV mom back to be a part of the season finale next month.

Though she won’t be returning to the competition, sources are telling the outlet, “The plan is to have her dance in several dances on the final show and all she needs is a green light from her doctor.”
Zolciak was disqualified from the competition after she suffered a ministroke that left her unable to fly or continue to compete in the show.
And though Zolciak and her pro partner, Tony Dovolani, rallied to get the producers to make an exception and allow her to return, the show held firm that it wouldn’t have been fair to the spirit of the competition. And though they didn’t say this directly, Zolciak was at the bottom of the pack heading into the week she was disqualified. It could have been that she was the one going home anyways.

“I think producers were fighting until the last minute to keep us in the competition,” Dovolani said to Us Weekly following the disqualification. “I want to continue so bad, it’s not even funny. That’s why I put a tweet out there saying, ‘Bring us back!’ Producers want us back, I want to be back, Kim wants to be back — so the only people they needed to convince [were] the lawyers.”
Still, it was a scary way to exit the show. And Zolciak ended up discovering she had a heart condition, which explained her ministroke. Even now she isn’t 100 percent but is spending time with her family and even made it out to one of her husband, Kroy Biermann, play in the Falcons game on Sunday.

All in all, it sounds like Zolciak leaving to focus on her health was the best decision for all involved. And she does get to come back now. Just not in the way we expected.
