RHOC reunion preview proves Vicki and Brooks were lying (VIDEO)

This season’s drama about Brooks Ayers’ cancer battle is coming to a head on the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion preview — and it’s not looking good for Vicki Gunvalson.

Whether or not Ayers actually has cancer has been hotly debated this season on the hit reality show and it looks like the issue might finally get settled on the reunion special — with a shocking revelation from Gunvalson.

“He’s not sick,” says Heather Dubrow in the shocking clip. “We’re all agreeing on this. The only question is, when did you find out?”

We don’t get to hear Gunvalson’s answer to that, but we do hear her say, “I didn’t lie about anything. Well, maybe a couple lies,” later adding, “I don’t have any proof that he’s not faking cancer. And I don’t have proof he is.” When Shannon responds, “I do,” we hear Gunvalson utter, “I didn’t lie on purpose.”

Lie about what? Does Ayers actually have cancer? Has he been misleading the public this entire time? Did Gunvalson know? How much did she know and when? Is this the real reason why they broke up? So many unanswered questions!

Ayers’ health status has been the hot topic of the season, with the doubts of many of the housewives — especially Meghan King Edmonds — causing major rifts in the cast.

Whatever Gunvalson is admitting to lying about, her sudden openness may be due to Ayers suddenly shutting her out. Rumor has it that he blindsided her with his upcoming tell-all interview with Andy Cohen, which he already filmed, and he refuses to tell her anything about it — including whether or not he threw her under the bus.

Even Bravo producer John Hill has his doubts. “I wouldn’t be surprised if [Ayers’ cancer diagnosis is] fake, if it’s not true,” Hill told Cohen on his Sirius XM radio show. “I don’t think that if something is true, he wouldn’t be defending it like he is.”

The three-part reunion begins airing Monday, Oct. 19 at 9/8 Central.
