If you thought that everything about MTV’s series The Hills was staged, then you are sorely mistaken, because the feud between Lauren Conrad, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag is still happening.

During a recent interview with Complex magazine, Pratt and Montag dished on what went down with Conrad all those years ago, and there is clearly still some bad blood.
“Today, I would be like, ‘Bitch, you know what you did,” Montag told the publication.
Pratt then admits he was the one behind the rumor that Conrad had a sex tape with her former boyfriend, Jason Wahler (both he and Montag maintain that Conrad’s sex tape does exist) — and he has some seriously harsh words for her.

“Lauren is a cold-hearted killer. That’s what people don’t get. She will cut you in your sleep,” Spencer told the outlet. “She tried to destroy us. If you want to throw missiles, I’m throwing a nuke. This is how I operate.”
Pratt also blames Conrad for his current relationship with his family, claiming, “My mom’s a Lauren supporter.”
It’s been seven years since the feud with the couple and Conrad went down, and the fact that people are still talking about what happened is a testament to just how much drama they caused. But do TV’s biggest villains feel bad about what happened?

“I would have done a lot of things differently,” Spencer says of his career decision regrets (but nothing more about Conrad). “I burned a lot of bridges. You think you’re Tom Cruise and you’re not. Presidents of networks would be like, ‘Come in,’ and I would be like, ‘Come to me.’ All those people are still right where they were.”
The two have made several mistakes in their careers (and their personal lives), but they are still stealing all the headlines.
