Where’s Caitlyn Jenner been during Lamar Odom’s near-death overdose?

During Lamar Odom‘s crisis, one member of the Kardashian-Jenner family has been conspicuously absent.

While most of the famous family rushed to Las Vegas to be by Odom’s side, Caitlyn Jenner has yet to visit the former NBA star.

But People magazine reports that Jenner is staying in touch with her family members who are there and keeping close tabs on Odom’s recovery.

“Caitlyn has been in constant contact with the girls throughout this whole ordeal,” a reported family insider told the magazine.

Odom’s estranged wife, Khloé Kardashian, her sister Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner rushed by private jet from Los Angeles to Las Vegas soon after news broke that Odom was hospitalized after a near-fatal drug overdose. Odom was found unconscious on Oct. 13 in a brothel in Nevada after days of partying. Outlets report that Khloé has been by Odom’s side since she arrived — and the rest of the family, with the exception of Rob Kardashian, has visited frequently.

Odom’s father, two children and their mother are also reportedly there, and other friends, including Kobe Bryant, have visited.

Odom has improved since he woke on Friday from a four-day coma — and is reportedly breathing on his own and communicating.

“Every day is a little more encouragement, it really has been a miraculous turnaround,” a source reportedly told People. “He’s not talking. It’s obvious that he understands what is going on because he can nod and shake his head, and he can follow simple commands. He can squeeze the doctor’s hand. He’s still very weak, though.”
