Titled “Patrimonial Burden,” the episode based on the Duggar family molestation scandal has been anticipated for months. Now, a promo for the show reveals that it’s even creepier than we could have imagined.

In the clip, we learn that the 13-year-old daughter of the fictional reality TV family is pregnant, and since the episode is based on the Duggars‘ scandal, presumably, one of her brothers is the father. The 13-year-old is shown reading a Bible while her mother, played by Pam Baker, tells investigators, “We don’t see it as a crime. We see it as a blessing.”

The episode has sensationalized the actual crime a little bit. Though Josh Duggar, the eldest son of the 19 Kids and Counting family, admitted to molesting several girls when he was a teenager, including some of his sisters, he never had sex with any of them or got them pregnant.

Still, fans of Law & Order: SVU can’t wait for the new episode, which airs on Wednesday, Oct. 28.

Law & Order: SVU star Peter Scanavino has also spoken about his excitement for the upcoming episode.

“With the Duggar one, it was like the double whammy because it was his sisters and the fact — I mean, honestly, I feel like we’re dealing with some topics this season that feel a bit meatier than some lunatic fringe family,” Scanavino explained. “I wouldn’t mind doing one just because I have never been so infuriated with someone’s level of hypocrisy and lying, and then displacement of responsibility onto something else.”
