Avril Lavigne and Ryan Cabrera might have just let the cat out of the bag.
Now, I’m not jumping to conclusions or anything — I’m totally jumping to conclusions — but I know my little teenage heart is all aflutter that Lavigne and Cabrera might be a hot new item in Tinseltown.
Although, they’ve not publicly confirmed, and a source told Us Weekly that they are “just friends,” a photo was snapped of the two rockers pumpkin shopping on Tuesday, Oct. 20.

The pair looked pretty laid back, and Lavigne was seen sporting her trademark head-to-toe black — as a punk rock princess does — but unfortunately, she suffered a little wardrobe malfunction. The photographer caught a little more than he or she bargained for when the Canadian Grammy nominee’s undershirt moved, revealing her entire breast beneath her sheer, skeleton-printed dress.

It was only September when Lavigne announced her split from Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, ending their two-year marriage.
If Cabrera and Lavigne are dating, this would be the second person she has dated from The Hills, as she was linked to Brody Jenner for two years. Cabrera has his own Hills connection, too. Besides having famously romanced Ashlee Simpson, Cabrera dated Hills star Audrina Patridge. To make the six degrees of separation seem even closer, I should note that Jenner and Patridge hooked up while on the reality TV show, too.
