In a video posted to her Facebook page, Goldberg assured fans that she wasn’t hurt and thanked them for an outpouring of support following the scary incident.
“Hey, I’m fine. I just wanted you all to know I was in Moncton [New Brunswick] — the greatest folks, greatest cops, greatest fire department. They put the fire out on the bus,” she said. “The back of the bus is electrical, I think. The bus is not totaled, but I could not drive it back home. I’m fine. The drivers are fine. Thank you for all your concern and (blows kisses) to everyone in Moncton that made a great evening onstage possible.”
According to Variety, Goldberg was performing a stand-up show in New Brunswick, Canada, before having to cut it short. Audience members who commented on social media said they could smell smoke well before the announcement was made that the show would end early.

No injuries were reported, and police told the Canadian Press that it’s currently unclear what caused the fire, though they suspect it was electrical.
Those who were attending Goldberg’s show posted photos to Twitter and Facebook showing a huge column of smoke coming from the bus. The Casino New Brunswick, where the bus was parked at the time, was evacuated during the incident.
