Colton Haynes is gorgeous, right? But when you see him in his Halloween costume, you may not feel that way anymore.

Over the weekend, Haynes uploaded several photos of himself dressed as The Little Mermaid’s Ursula the Sea Witch (including the crazy white hair, tentacles and even a little nip slip), and his transformation has made him completely unrecognizable — and seriously impressed his fans.
