Kim Richards has apparently moved out of her car and back into her life of luxury.
According to TMZ, Richards has moved into an upscale apartment in Los Angeles’ Westwood neighborhood.

And Richards isn’t skimping on the amenities. Her apartment may only be a one bedroom, one bathroom space, but the building offers many features for residents, including a gym. Rent ranges from a whopping $3,000 to $5,000 a month.
TMZ speculates that the Hilton family (Kathy Hilton is Richards’ half-sister) is fronting the bill for Richards’ living arrangements, since the reality star got the boot from Bravo after her drinking problems and run-ins with the law. She is currently unemployed.
But she recently took to fellow Real Housewives‘ star Brandi Glanville’s podcast to say that she’s back on track and on the road to recovery.
“I’m living in the now, living in the present. If I look too far back or too far forward, it’s kind of crazy and I get fearful,” Richards said, according to Us Weekly. “Living in the present for me is just the best way, and the only way for me.”

Richards’ recent problems garnered public attention when she was arrested on April 16 for public intoxication after she reportedly refused to leave the Beverly Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge. She was charged with resisting an officer and battery and trespassing, according to the Daily Mail.
Following the altercation, Richards checked herself into rehab after admitting to Dr. Phil that she was drinking and taking prescription painkillers.
Unfortunately, her trouble didn’t stop there.
Richards left rehab to attend her daughter Brooke Brinson’s wedding, where she relapsed.
Following that incident, Richards checked back into rehab, but at a different facility this time.
