New details are still emerging about the circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death.
More: Bobby Brown has no problem pointing fingers in his daughter’s death
According to People magazine, recently released court papers reveal what has been said during depositions with people who knew the young star best, including her friend and former roommate, Danyela Bradley. The site reports that Bradley was in the Atlanta home where Brown was found unresponsive in January, and that her deposition about the day’s events reveals something else: Brown may have had a serious drug problem.
“She smoked marijuana, she probably smoked crack often and also did heroin,” Bradley reportedly said.
But when pressed for more details, Bradley backtracked a little bit, saying, “When I was living with her, she had done it maybe, like, not often, like every two weeks or so.”

Bradley went on to say she never actually witnessed Brown using heroin, but assumed that she did.
Later in the deposition, Bradley was asked about Brown’s relationship with her longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who has been accused of wrongful death for allegedly injecting brown with a “toxic mixture” before leaving her in the bathtub where she was ultimately found unresponsive. Bradley told investigators that Gordon smoked crack “more than her,” but that he and Brown “had a very happy, loving relationship.”
Brown, whose mother Whitney Houston died of a fatal drug overdose, was found facedown in the bathtub in her home in January. She was 22 years old when she ultimately died in July. She was buried next to Houston’s grave in August amid finger-pointing and drama between her family members and Gordon. No one has been charged with any crime related to her death, but court documents claim Gordon was responsible, something his lawyers deny.
