Scott Disick got a sweet surprise last weekend.

Us Weekly reports that Kris Jenner brought Disick’s three kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick, to visit him at the rehab center he’s been staying at in Malibu, California. Pictures obtained by Entertainment Tonightshow Jenner at the facility on Sunday, still wearing the striped pajamas she wore to Kim Kardashian’s baby shower earlier that day.
Disick has been in rehab for almost two weeks, which ET reports may be his longest rehab stint ever, despite four other known rehab stays in the last year. Sources say he checked himself in in an attempt to retain visitation of his kids. A witness told the site he “seemed fine, but serious” around Jenner.
Disick has reportedly been struggling with news of Lamar Odom’s health problems, an issue that may have contributed to his need to check back into rehab.

Disick’s ex-girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, was noticeably absent from the visit but, according to other reports, has expressed a desire not to stand in the way of Disick seeing the kids.
“Scott sees the kids whenever he wants to,” the source told ET. “Despite all of Scott’s addiction problems, he is a great dad and loves those kids with all his heart, and they are obsessed with him.”
A recent promo for the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians showed Disick breaking down into tears during an emotional intervention with the family. In the clip, he tells Jenner and Kardashian how much he’s struggled with the breakup.
“It’s been a really hard time, going from, like, having all of you guys to having nobody,” he says, adding later, “I f***ed up. I made the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life.”
Kardashian and Disick dated off and on for years before Kardashian broke off the relationship in July.
