Kim Richards can finally move on from her Target shoplifting arrest

A little bit of closure and a little bit of déjà vu were just handed down to Kim Richards from the court system.

Richards was finally sentenced in her Target shoplifting case. A Los Angeles judge ordered Richards to complete 300 hours of community service, serve three years probation and attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings — and if you think that sounds familiar, it’s because it is. Richards copped to the same exact sentence for the embarrassing ordeal at the Beverly Hills Hotel when she was arrested for public intoxication.

According to the court documents, which were obtained by People, she must “continue treatment and follow recommendations for treatment including drug rehabilitation, therapy and medications.”

In addition to these stipulations, and according to Page Six, Richards has also been ordered to stay away from the Target in Van Nuys, where she was arrested for trying to steal $600 worth of merchandise.

This is Richards’ second court sentence in the past few months. It was just August when Richards took that plea deal in relation to the public intoxication arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Richards did give fans a short update on her sobriety last week while on gal-pal and fellow former Housewife Brandi Glanville’s podcast, saying, “It’s better now. It was a rough time for a bit there, but it’s just putting everything back in order and just really focusing on my family and me.”
