Bobby Flay’s ex-wife details her rough year in inspiring interview

Bobby Flay has been accused of having multiple affairs during his marriage to his second wife, Stephanie March, and the couple’s divorce was extremely bitter — but things are looking up for March.

During a new interview with The New Potato, March shed light on her life (post-Flay) and the best advice that someone gave her.

“The best advice I ever received was this year: ‘Now is not the time to stop being the person you always have been. People show up for you because of who you are, not what you can do for them.’ And she was right. I am utterly blessed with good friends and family,” March said, possibly alluding to her split from Flay.

While most of the interview focuses on travel, beauty and her “ideal food day,” March also made mention of the rough year she’s had — following the breakdown of her 10-year marriage.

“It’s been quite a year. My holiday is going to consist only of hugging everyone I love 1000 times over, while holding a bottomless glass of champagne and stuffing my face with cheese biscuits. Life is short,” March said.

But perhaps the most important thing to take from the interview is March’s tone, because she truly seems to be looking to the future and living life to the fullest, and this is something that makes us very happy to read.
