One of the downsides to being in the public eye is that celebs often find themselves the victims of tabloid rumors, and the latest person to experience this was Jessa Duggar.

Duggar is pregnant with her first child (her due date was Nov. 1), and on Sunday, she and her husband Ben Seewald decided to poke fun at the rumors from Life & Style magazine, which claimed she had given birth to their child last week.
Seewald took to Instagram to share a picture of a heavily pregnant Jessa holding up the mag. He captioned it with, “Cracking up over this one! We were surprised to find out that #BabySeewald was already born last week! Jessa says to tell y’all that she was relieved to find out that all that labor and delivery is already behind her. Oh, and she said that she really likes the cover picture, commenting, ‘I never imagined I’d have my pre-baby body back so soon!’ Haha! We both had a good laugh over this! #UnreliableSources Lol!”

Fans of the couple are thrilled with the post and have put the media on blast for the accusations. Comments on the post include, “The media is so stupid,” “This funny. All the magazine just post crazy stuff that not always true,” “HAHA! Yessss! Put them on blast! this is priceless!”, and “THE RAG MAGS. HATE THEIR. LIES…IGNORE THEM.”
mamamoore5 also shared her thoughts, writing, “Hilarious !!!! Hope this proves to people that you cannot believe what these magazines print!!!”
And studentofthelaw thought the same, writing, “I am so glad that you guys posted this, because it proves that the media tells a lot of lies, and that people shouldn’t believe everything they read. Wishing you both all the best on the upcoming birth of your baby god bless.”

While barbarasalvargas slammed publications (in general) for not printing the truth. She wrote, “Funny, who reads this trash , people need to stop making stuff up print the truth. Whatever happened in the past is the past we don’t live in the past worry about today . I love this family they have over come alot [sic] we all have something we don’t want to talk about from the past . I wish they would bring this family back to TLC.”
It’s great to see that Jessa and Ben can at least laugh about the rumors.
