This divorce and subsequent custody battle appears as if it’s going to get nasty, fast.
CSI star George Eads will soon go head-to-head with soon-to-be ex-wife Monika Casey over custody of the couple’s daughter.
The pair have been married for four years, but Eads just filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. According to TMZ, each has filed legal paperwork regarding the custody of their little one, but what they are looking for in terms of that custody agreement is, apparently, very different.

Eads has asked for joint physical and legal custody, according to legal documents filed, while Casey has filed for sole custody of their little girl.
Eads, who left the show that made him famous earlier this year, claims there is a prenuptial agreement, but is seems Casey might be refusing to acknowledge it. According to the tabloid site, she makes no mention of it in the legal documents filed and she is allegedly seeking spousal support from Eads as well.

The couple was married in 2011, but have been together for over a decade, and earlier this year they appeared on Bravo’s Flipping Out, where the pair — and the designers — had some pretty intense moments during their two-year (yes I said two-year) home renovation. While nowhere does it say that the reno caused lasting marital problems, that kind of shake-up is bound to put a strain on even the best relationships.
