After almost three years of near-silence Adele is truly spoiling us at the moment. The latest treat from the award-winning artist is a preview clip from her forthcoming BBC special, in which she performs her new single “Hello” live for the first time.

The clip from the 27-year-old singer’s pre-recorded performance has been released by BBC Music and it shows her at her best, belting out the song that’s smashing records all over the place.
It’s her first live performance since the 2013 Oscars and proves that she is more than willing to make up for lost time.

As well as the awesome performance, Adele chatted to host Graham Norton about her musical comeback, telling him that her extended break was partly due to wanting “to make sure that everything was in place” for her to “do it properly.”
“I can’t do anything else, this is all that I like doing,” she said of her music career.
Adele also answered questions from the audience and the clip reveals her answer when asked if she is responsible for her Twitter account, or if it is actually taken care of by her management.
Confirming that she is in fact responsible for the account, Adele revealed that there are nonetheless safeguards in place — for a reason many of us can relate to.
“I’m not a drinker anymore,” she said. “But when Twitter first came out, I was drunk tweeting and nearly put my foot in it quite a few times, so my management decided you have to go through two people and then it has to be signed off by someone. But they are all my tweets, no one writes my tweets, they just post them for me.”
