Nene Leakes goes off about the ‘mean girls’ of The View (VIDEO)

Nene Leakes is no longer a fan of The View, after her recent appearance didn’t go quite to her liking.

Leakes was a guest on The View Nov. 17 to discuss her role as Mama Morton in the Broadway production of Chicago, but her appearance was awkward at best, and her attitude quickly turned icy.

The issues started immediately, when Leakes bristled as Joy Behar pointed out that her jewelry seemed to injure her shoulder when she walked onstage.

Behar also gave Leakes a hard time about remarrying Gregg and was obviously looking for more dirt than Leakes was willing to spill — offering only “I love companionship, love being married” when asked why the couple reunited.

Later, Leakes made a comment about other reality stars trying to “imitate the Nene Leakes brand” and Behar made an extremely sarcastic comment about her being “very modest,” adding, “No wonder you’re friends with Donald Trump.”

Leakes shot back, “I didn’t say I was voting for him, honey; I said I liked him.”

Not content to allow the tension to fizzle at that point, Behar then made snide comments about how all the photos Leakes showed of her new house had no furniture.

After the sound cuts out and as they are cutting to commercial break, you can see Leakes starting to give Behar hell over her attitude.

Leakes let her displeasure be known on Twitter immediately after the taping. In a message that has since been deleted, she wrote, “Just sat with a bunch of mean girls turning up their noses, looking u up & down as if u don’t belong. The HATE was so real & SAD.”

Behar has not commented on Leakes’ tweet.
