Just because Snow and Charming are already parents to two children, Emma and Neal, that doesn’t mean they aren’t looking to expand their family sometime soon. Well, thanks to some real-life news, there’s a good chance Once Upon a Time will soon see an addition to the Charming family.

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas are expecting their second child, their reps confirmed to People Tuesday. No other details were given, but how exciting is that? They are already parents to their 17-month-old son Oliver Finlay.
With that said, what does that mean for Goodwin and Dallas’ characters, Snow and Charming? Well, it could go either of two ways: Snow will get pregnant or she won’t get pregnant. TVLine reached out to OUAT cocreators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis, but they had no comment on the news and how they’re going to handle it. Hmm… does that mean they didn’t want to give anything away? You know, like Snow will soon be expecting a third child? Or maybe they’re still trying to figure out what to do.
Actually, the same goes for OUAT‘s Emilie de Ravin, who is pregnant with her first child. The show has yet to address her pregnancy. At this point, who knows if there is a “Rumbelle” baby on the way.

As for a Snow and Charming baby, it’s hard to say for certain if the show will make them pregnant again. It would definitely add for a great surprise, especially with all of the drama surrounding their daughter, Emma, aka one of the Dark Ones.
If Goodwin’s pregnancy is used as part of the show, maybe once Snow and the others get their memories back from their time in Camelot, she’ll remember that she’s pregnant. Whatever the case, I’m sure fans are anxious to see what Horowitz and Kitsis decide to do.
Once Upon a Time airs Sundays at 8/7c on ABC.
