Scream Queens‘ Oliver Hudson reveals where Season 2 will take place

Scream Queens has yet to earn a second season renewal, but it seems Ryan Murphy is already planning for Season 2. During an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, Scream Queens star Oliver Hudson dished the details about the setting of possible future episodes.

When asked about the premise of next season by Andy Cohen, Hudson answered, “I have an idea.” He continued, “I don’t know, it’s so scary. I’m scared to reveal anything. But, we don’t even know if it’s going to be picked up, but whatever, but think summer camp.”

Did he just say “summer camp”? That he did. That sure sounds promising. The first season’s been such a success with taking place on a college campus, I’m sure the same can be said if Season 2 is featured at a summer camp. Plus, a change of scenery is always nice and keeps a series fresh.

With that said, anyone else getting American Pie vibes? I know that was all about “band camp,” but here’s hoping Murphy integrates, “This one time at time summer camp,” somehow into the season.

As for whether the potential sophomore season will be just as murderous as Season 1, who knows? Based on Hudson’s answers, it seems scary. I mean, he did say, “It’s so scary.” However, he could’ve just been referring to how he’s scared to talk about any details because he might get in trouble.

Whatever the case, keep your fingers crossed that Fox renews Scream Queens.

Scream Queens airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Fox.
