Sister Wives just wrapped up its Season 6, and Tamron Hall, the moderator from the tell-all episode and a Today Show host, is tweeting the inside scoop.
While TLC hasn’t officially announced a Season 7 of Sister Wives, Tamron hinted at a possible renewal and a focus on Kody and Robyn Brown’s new baby. She tweeted on Sunday, Nov. 22, “…#SisterWives tough reunion, see you next season! #newbaby.”
Kody is expecting his 18th child with his new legal wife, Robyn, in January 2016. They revealed in Episode 12 of Season 6 that the baby will be a girl. It will be Kody’s second child with Robyn. Kody also legally adopted Robyn’s three children from her previous marriage last season.
The tell-all episode aired right after the Season 6 finale. The Brown family spoke with Tamron about the scandals from the season, including some behind-the-scenes revelations. Kody’s first wife, Meri, talked about how her loneliness caused her to have an emotional affair with a man in Oklahoma, who she never met in person.

The Brown children also talked about how they didn’t want to enter into polygamous marriages when it came time for them to wed.
“I’m not one for plural marriage; I never will be for plural marriage,” said Maddie, 20, the daughter of Kody and his second wife, Janelle.

Tamron tweeted that she was impressed by how “open and real” the family was during the interview.
The tell-all episode had 2.1 million viewers, which beat the Season 11 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (1.55 million). I think it’s a safe bet we’ll be seeing a lot more of the Sister Wives in 2016!
