Kaley Cuoco’s b-day message gives insight into her life post-divorce (PHOTO)

Kaley Cuoco celebrated turning 30 on Monday by taking a lovely trip to Mexico with those closest to her, and her Instagram feed does more than just update fans on her whereabouts, it also gives a glimpse into her mind-set post-divorce.

And Cuoco seems to be doing great without her former husband, Ryan Sweeting.

One Instagram post, in particular, is rather telling. It shows Cuoco looking out into the horizon and is accompanied by a lengthy caption about how this was the “best birthday” she has ever had.

She wrote, “Today was the best birthday I have ever had … Thank you for all the love and best wishes .. My heart is overwhelmed with joy and complete contentment there have been a few bumps along the way, but thank you God, nothing I can’t handle…

“Thank you to my precious little angels who accompanied me on this trip and gifted me with something so special (they know what I’m referring to) thank you to Eddie @blackjaguarwhitetiger@paulcheca for showing us your beautiful sanctuary- how you have saved these animals from abusive, confined lives and now they are living a life they never could have dreamed of..you are the reason this planet will change..#30isgonnarock.”

Cuoco mentions the “few bumps along the way,” which suggests she is referring to her divorce, but she has clearly come out on top of everything and seems genuinely happy — something that fans have picked up on, too.

Comments on the picture include one from amanda14251, who wrote, “Happy Birthday, Kaley! Your positive attitude is infectious!” Jotunnadine also shared their thoughts, writing, “Happy birthday, you rock! Amazing role model, stay beautifully strong.”

While aadams1129 made a comment about Cuoco’s positive outlook. He wrote, “Happy birthday! Positive outlook on life takes you places! Being blessed the lord has given you the opportunity to make a change and to see another glorious year is amazing!”
