Higgins hasn’t even made his Bachelor debut yet, and there is already talk fans will see him on an upcoming season of DWTS.
Higgins, whose season of roses on The Bachelor will premiere on Monday, Jan. 4, is looking ahead to the future — with whatever lucky lady that may include — and while he has some mundane everyday life stuff on his list, it turns out his TV days may not been done when the final rose is given.
During a promotional conference call with press, Higgins was asked if he would ever consider competing on Dancing with the Stars — and in a very roundabout way, he said yes.

“I think I’m excited about what experiences are next in life,” he said. “Just like I never expected to be on The Bachelorette, I never expected to be the Bachelor. I don’t know what to expect next and I’m open to anything.
“I have a great life. I love my life here in Denver. I don’t want to change my life, but if there’s opportunity to enhance it, I’m all for it!”

But he did not confirm he has actually received an offer, so until then, he is keeping himself busy with the same stuff the rest of us non-TV stars have to deal with.
“I’m going to start my job again… my house needs a little work. I’m going to do some yard work.”
If he does wind up joining DWTS, he would be in good company. Tons of Bachelor franchise alums have competed for the mirror ball, including Chris Soules, Sean Lowe, Jake Pavelka, Trista Sutter and Melissa Rycroft. Kaitlyn Bristowe was rumored to be joining last season, but an insider told E! News, “The timing isn’t right, but she loves the show and hopes to keep the door open for another season down the road.”
ABC does not comment on casting rumors, so we’ll be in the dark until the next Good Morning America cast reveal.
