Yolanda Foster is suffering through her ex-husband’s outrageous demands

Yolanda Foster‘s soon-to-be ex-husband, David Foster, is demanding to be repaid for her alternative medical treatments.

Yolanda and David Foster’s divorce just took a turn for the worse. Radar Online is reporting that David Foster wants to be repaid for all of Yolanda Foster’s alternative Lyme disease treatments.

The RHOBH star has documented her journey to find a cure for the neurological disease on the show and on Instagram. She’s flown all over the world and tried a number of alternative remedies, including stem cell treatments. In last week’s episode, we saw her closet of medicines and it was vast. Let’s just say it put her see-through refrigerator to shame.

An insider tells Radar Online that David “spent a fortune on medical treatments for Yolanda’s Lyme disease that weren’t covered by medical insurance. As the expensive alternative medical treatments progressed and David wasn’t seeing her get any better, he urged Yolanda to stop going overseas.”

Now that the couple has split and David’s record label is shutting down, the source says, “He needs that money.”

Nothing quite like a divorce and financial strain to create a perfect storm. The former couple’s lawyers are “attempting to reach a settlement that will allow them to file for divorce and submit the proposed agreement to the judge all at the same time,” an insider explained.

They’re reportedly close to a deal, except for the medical bills. Yolanda “is disgusted that David is asking for that money and has instructed her lawyer to not even entertain it as part of the settlement,” the insider shared.

Luckily, the source said, “Yolanda’s ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, has been paying all of her bills, including for her health advocate. If it weren’t for Mohamed, Yolanda would be financially struggling.”

When you get married, you take vows to love each other in sickness and in health. For better or for worse, David took on Yolanda when she was healthy. She’s been through hell trying to get better and it was David’s responsibility as a husband to help her out.
