Teen Mom‘s Jenelle Evans’ ex husband getting married — behind bars

Teen Mom‘s Jenelle Evans‘ ex-husband isn’t letting a little thing like a three-year prison sentence keep him from tying the knot.

Courtland Rogers is allegedly actively trying to marry his baby mama, Taylor Lewis.

According to Radar Online, their plan to wed will happen, even though Rogers was recently sentenced to 20 to 36 months behind bars after being arrested back in November. Rogers was arrested for possession of heroin and pleaded guilty and admitted to using heroin.

He was arrested in Brunswick County, North Carolina, and it seems the pair are determined to get married no matter what. The tabloid website’s insider said, “He and Taylor already tried to get married in the jail, but the cops wouldn’t let them. Once he gets shipped to his long-term prison, they’re going to try again.”

Also, according to this insider, Rogers is trying to be as good of a father as he can while locked up. They said, “Taylor has been seeing him every week and taking their daughter to the jail.”

But it doesn’t seem to be all sunshine and roses between the pair; the insider claims Lewis didn’t even know Rogers was a wanted man.

Rogers has been a struggling addict since his days of being married to Teen Mom star Evans (a marriage that lasted only 18 months), and when he was arrested for possession, he had a warrant out for his arrest.

“Taylor didn’t even know he was on the run, then one day they got pulled over and he was arrested,” the source said.

Hopefully, this bout behind bars will help the struggling addict finally get the help he needs, and as the insider claims, he is already in AA in jail, so maybe things will turn around for the soon-to-be newlywed.
