Melissa Gorga reveals Teresa Giudice’s emotional holiday plans

Melissa Gorga reveals that Teresa Giudice is leaving prison just in time to spend Christmas Eve at home with her family.

Christmas is coming early for the Giudices and the Gorgas! Teresa Giudice is being released a few months earlier than her scheduled release from prison. Luckily for her husband and four daughters, she’ll be coming home just before Christmas on Wednesday, Dec. 23.

Sister-in-law and The Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate Melissa Gorga talked to Extra about how Joe Giudice and daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana are feeling about the big day. Gorga said, “I think they’re very happy, they’re excited — it’s emotional.”

As for where the Giudices will be on Christmas Eve, they’ll be with the Gorgas. “It’s a blessing. They’re gonna spend Christmas with their mother and I’m hosting this year — Christmas Eve — so it’ll be beautiful… I want to make it beautiful for them.”

Gorga dished on what she has planned for Christmas Eve. She’s following Italian tradition and hosting the Feast of the Seven Fishes, which is a seven-course meal of fish. Gorga explains, “We’re Italian, so we eat fish on Christmas Eve, linguini with clam sauce, everything — calamari, you name it! We’re gonna have every fish… mussels… we do, like, flounder. I have to admit my father-in-law helps me do it, we do it together… they’re seven, we pick out seven and we do it.”

I can’t imagine she’s been eating like a queen in prison, so I suspect Giudice is going to be in heaven with seven courses of home-cooked food. Plus, she won’t have to cook.

Gorga didn’t dish on any secrets or spoilers about the next season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. In fact, she wouldn’t even confirm if Giudice will be back.

I’m willing to bet a bottle of Fabellini wine that she’ll be back.
