As far as Chris Pratt, Ciara and Russell Wilson are concerned, it’s giving back to the community.

The three stars joined forces this week to pay a special visit to the patients at the Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic, where they posed with kids for photos, greeted fans and delivered boxes of Christmas gifts.

“Hanging out with our friend @prattprattpratt,” the hospital wrote on Twitter on an adorable photo of Pratt hanging out with a young cancer patient and a toy Groot, a character from his film Guardians of the Galaxy. “Thanks for being #StrongAgainstCancer!”

Pratt also shared a photo from the day on his Instagram, showing him, Wilson and Ciara with a group of kids holding their wrapped holiday gifts.

“Had the most amazing day at @seattlechildrens hospital,” he captioned the photo. “Got to meet a ton of great kids and parents. Also got to spend some time with one of my personal role models @dangerusswilson and his lovely lady Ciara. I am truly living the dream.”

Along with a Bible verse, Pratt also asked his followers to “say a prayer for all those kids who don’t get to be at home for Xmas.”

Pratt is well known for visiting children’s hospitals across the country, and Wilson is a weekly visitor at the Seattle Children’s hospital. In a partnership with Amazon, he was able to deliver gifts, including Kindles, to each of the hospital’s 3,000 patients.

“Thanks @Amazon for the @AmazonKindle for All 300 patients in @SeattleChildrens today from @Ciara & I,” Wilson wrote on Instagram.
