Mel B hints at an epic reunion

Mel B revealed that the Spice Girls may be having a 20th anniversary tour in 2016.

Everything 1990s is chic, and and that means it’s time for the Spice Girls to come back and “Spice Up Your Life.” Mel B just hinted that just may happen in 2016.

Mel B appeared on the UK television special Alan Carr’s New Year’s Specstacular and was asked about the group’s 20th anniversary and whether we could expect a reunion.

“I think I’m the one putting all the rumors out there,” she said. “To be serious, it is our twentieth anniversary this year and it would be rude not to celebrate.”

Yes, very rude.

“So hopefully something will be happening pretty soon… I can’t tell you what it is yet,” she said.

C’mon, Mel B! Don’t be all Scary Spice and not tell me. That’s scarier than anything else you could do. What a “Wannabe.”

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard rumors about a reunion. Earlier in 2015, we heard the Spice Girls would be touring with the Backstreet Boys in a joint tour.

Backstreet Boy Nick Carter didn’t confirm or deny that it was in discussion.

“There were talks in the past about it and we had done the New Kids On The Block and Backstreet Boys tour in the past,” he told to E! News. “I think this would be the last hurrah — the two big groups from the late ’90s. Maybe do a world tour, stadiums, stuff like that and do a package together.”
