Carrie Fisher is the latest celeb to handle her body-shamers.
Fisher isn’t interested in your thoughts about her body. In fact, if you’re concerned with her appearance, she’d like you to simply… “blow her.” Even better, she used emojis to get her point across.
She tweeted, “Please stop debating about whetherOR not [eye emoji] aged well.unfortunately [sic] it hurts all3 of my feelings. My BODY hasnt [sic] aged as well as I have.Blow us [ok emoji].”

She also retweeted some of her attacks: “@carrieffisher So you want the money & adulation that comes with being a famous actor but not the criticism. Whoever told you life was fair?”

While Fisher was doing her job on a publicity tour for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, her 59-year-old appearance has awakened anger in those ever-excitable Star Wars fans.
Melanie Griffith, 58, dealt with cyberbullies in a similar manner last week: by sharing an “unfiltered” selfie on Instagram. She wrote, “Here ya go. Unfiltered. I’m 58. And I’m in Hawaii Five O [sic] playing Scott Caan’s Mom. Go ahead… say some more mean things. Merry Christmas.”
Surprise! We can’t stay 27 forever. Kudos to Fisher and Griffith for handing it to their “fans” in a classy — and hilarious — way.
