The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has been making a lot of changes in her life in recent months, and on Monday, she took to Instagram to document the most recent one.

While sitting on a bunch of plastic bins packed with clothing and shoes, Foster wrote a short message about moving on from the old. She wrote, “If you have not worn it in the past year, it’s probably time to PASS IT ON…….. #NoteToSelf #LettingGoOfTheOld#BackToLifeBackToReality 2016.”
While her post appears to be about the clothing she has cleared out from her closet and will hopefully pass on to those less fortunate, it can also apply to other aspects of her life, including her failed marriage to husband David Foster.
Fans have shown their support for Foster and her positive outlook, which has inspired others.

Rose747 wrote, “So true! And making space for better and more exciting things! 😉 x.”
“Yes after when we have to move on we need to give away not to think about it anymore,” katalin68_ shared. And susiebarndon agreed, writing, “Yes the saying goes keep your memories in your heart not in your wardrobe :).”
While baby.dinoo thanked Foster for being so positive, despite having a chronic illness.
She wrote, “I think you are the only real housewive [sic] with class they [sic] people who think that you’re faking you’re [sic] illness don’t realize that when you have a good day you want to use it your health issues are real and we’re praying for you keep you’re [sic] chin up your [sic] a beautiful soul Yolanda and I hope that good things come your way I think showing what you’re doing by posting pictures someone else may see it and it maybe can say I had those same symptoms and you may get you’re [sic] healthcare in tact [sic] wishing you the best Yolanda you’re the best praying for you.”
