The Bringing Up Bates family is starting Season 3 of their series off with some exciting baby news.

During the Season 3 premiere, the show revealed that Zach and Whitney Bates are expecting their second child.

Not only did Up network share the cute video of the happy couple’s news, but the two also shared an adorable announcement on their Twitter page. In the photo, soon-to-be big brother Bradley poses in excitement while the couple holds a sign that reads, “Our family is growing by 2 feet and 1 heart.”

They also revealed the baby is due in summer 2016.

“We are so excited tell everyone that Bradley is going to be a BIG BROTHER!!” The couple wrote on Instagram. “There is no way to put into words the joy and excitement that we are feeling about having a new baby. One of the things Zach loved about growing up in a large family was seeing how the kids played with one another.
“He can remember praying for a little brother to be a playmate, so not only are we rejoicing about a new addition, but we are happy that Bradley is going to have a new sibling to play with. We know that God says children are a blessing, and now we are experiencing the truth of it in our own family!”
Zach and Whitney were married in December 2013 with a winter-themed wedding. Just before the announcement of their second pregnancy, Zach posted on Instagram a few weeks ago, wishing his wife a happy two-year anniversary and sharing some beautiful words about their life together.

Zach and Whitney aren’t the only members of the Bates family with some exciting happenings in the new season of the show.
