Olivia Munn recently denied engagement rumors with an Instagram post of hilarious text messages with her mother.
Munn is not engaged to Aaron Rodgers, but she is a funny lady.
It was recently reported that Munn and Rodgers had gotten engaged. It was so convincing that even her mother believed it. Instead of making a statement, she decided to set the record straight in one of the funniest ways possible: by posting a photo of text messages with her mother on Instagram.

The text conversation starts with Munn’s mother giving her approval of Rodgers but wondering why Munn didn’t tell her before the press.
“Oh gosh Mom no. You know you shouldn’t believe the gossip on the Internet. If I was engaged, I promise you’d be like the 8th person to know. Maybe 9th. But definitely way before the Internet,” Munn responded.
Her mom took the news in stride and changed the subject to Munn’s appearance on Live With Kelly and Michael and getting the chance to meet Stephen Colbert, aka Colberto, to Munn’s mom.

Munn captioned the post, “Answering yes or no to personal questions can be tricky because if you say ‘No’ it means whenever you say ‘No comment’ that kind of becomes your default ‘Yes.’ But since I’m doing press for the next few days, I didn’t want to have to answer the same question over and over. So instead, I’m going to let my text conversation with my Asian mom help me out. #Colberto.”
A source close to the Green Bay Packers quarterback tells E! News, “Olivia and Aaron have discussed they want to get married eventually and their future together. All of his friends know she is a great fit for him. They are very much in love, but they want to make sure it all happens naturally….”
