We’re saying good riddance to David Foster after he made one awful comment about Yolanda’s breast implant removal on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Yolanda chose to have her breast implants removed as part of her ongoing battle to defeat the awful effects of Lyme disease. At the time, David seemed supportive — Yolanda even Instagrammed a pic of him with painted toenails as a bid to cheer her up during her recovery from the surgery — but after last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we got a glimpse of his real attitude toward her decision.
It was not pretty.
During a conversation with Lisa Vanderpump, David slammed Yolanda’s new appearance with a horrible, sexist insult.
“Let’s just say this, Ken has better tits than her now,” he said.
This shameful attitude could explain why the couple split soon afterward.
That attitude was further exposed when a source revealed David has his suspicions Yolanda was playing up her illness for attention.
“Yolanda just seemed to really enjoy all of the attention she was getting,” the insider told Radar Online. “Her oldest daughter, Gigi, was becoming a very successful model, and it seemed hard for Yolanda, a former model herself, to watch her child get so much attention.
“Getting older seems to have been very hard for Yolanda. Now, it looks like she isn’t ready to give up the role of sick patient.”

The rumors got so loud that David was forced to issue a statement of support to Yolanda in People magazine, saying, “I have always had and continue to have the utmost respect and love for Yolanda, which is why it is so frustrating to see headlines questioning her chronic debilitating illness.”
But what he told Vanderpump on last night’s episode of RHOBH is far from supportive, and after viewing the episode, Yolanda made a comment on Twitter that makes us believe she has resigned herself to who David really is.
