It’s no secret that Khloé Kardashian was less than thrilled when Caitlyn Jenner revealed her transition, but if what she is saying now is true, she had a good reason.
Khloé Kardashian was the most obviously perturbed out of the Kardashian-Jenner kids when Jenner made her big announcement, but it wasn’t for the reason Jenner put forth — that Kardashian felt abandoned by another man in her life.
No, the reason was a big one, and we really see Kardashian’s point. She says Jenner flat-out lied to her and her sisters when they asked if the rumors in the tabloids about her transitioning were true.

“All these tabloids are coming out… we’re like, ‘We could ask the source. You’re our dad, we’ll ask you,'” she explained during an interview on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show, adding that Jenner always denied it.
And because Jenner lied to them, they had to find out in a super-awkward way: in a production planning meeting.
“Something happened where we were at a meeting with E! for something and they mentioned that Bruce was having a TV show about transitioning or something. That’s the first we heard of it,” Kardashian said.
And even then, Jenner would not sit down and talk with them in private.
“When things started going, he would only want to talk to us on-camera… and I think it was also for security,” she said, adding that she believes Jenner was afraid the family would attack her if the cameras weren’t on.
“Maybe he felt like we couldn’t get as upset or whatever. We felt so like, ‘What the f***? We’ve been asking you and why do businesspeople know?’
“I never want someone to feel like they have one-up on our family. We are a family. We’ve never turned our backs on each other, yet with all the clusterf***s of shit that’s happened in our lives, why would we now?”

Even after being confronted, Jenner still refused to be fully honest with the family.
“I don’t give a f*** what you want to do — just stop lying to us about things,” Kardashian said. “Also it’s like, each sister had a different story because he couldn’t keep up. Just lay it on the table, what are we doing? What’s happening? Even then he didn’t tell us… we didn’t know when he was going to start fully dressing as Caitlyn.”
Jenner went fully public with her transition in a Diane Sawyer interview last spring, and is currently filming Season 2 of her reality series I Am Cait.
