If Teen Mom star Briana DeJesus looks a little different the next time you see her, there’s good reason.
DeJesus is spending this week down in Miami getting extensive plastic surgery with Dr. Michael Salzhauer (aka “Dr. Miami”), and splurged on new breast implants, a butt lift, liposuction and vaginal rejuvenation surgery.
“She ended up getting bigger implants from 375cc to 650cc, a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction and a labiaplasty,” a rep for DeJesus told Radar Online. “Briana’s surgery went well.”

Before she went under the knife, DeJesus told Radar that the breast augmentation she just got in 2015 was not quite big enough for her liking.
“I’m going to get another breast augmentation,” she explained. “I am going to go bigger. I had a breast augmentation done a few months ago. It’s a C now. I like the size that they are, but I want to go bigger.”
She also talked about the process of the Brazilian butt lift, which sounds… interesting.
“That is taking fat from my stomach and back and putting it into my butt and thighs,” she said. “I like my butt now, but I just want to have everything… be perfect.”
The labiaplasty, she explained, is “where they take the extra skin from your private area and remove it.” Ouch.
“It’s like extra skin down there that I don’t think is necessary, so I’m just going to snip it up and tie it up and have a cute vagina,” she said. “When you get pregnant, your body changes. So I wanted to go back to my pre-pregnancy body.”

DeJesus will spend the next two weeks recovering in Miami, but complete recovery — including no more swelling and bruises — will take about six weeks.
“It’s kind of scary,” she admitted. “I’m so nervous. Dr. Miami told me that when I wake up, I’m going to feel like a semi truck ran over me a few times.
“I have a nice body, but I just want it to be perfect,” she said. “I want to have a nice body. I want to be a cool young mom.”
DeJesus made the whole thing into a family affair: Her sister Brittany is also getting a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction and a fat transfer to her breasts. “Dr. Miami said he was willing to do us both at the same time, so I said we might as well get it done together,” DeJesus said. “We got pregnant together.”
But if you’re feeling judgey about the work they got done, she says you can save the drama for your mama.
“I don’t care what people have to say. I am doing this for myself to make myself happy.”
