Jena Malone made a very special announcement in a gorgeous way today: She’s pregnant!
Malone shared a beautiful Polaroid taken by boyfriend and photographer Ethan DeLorenzo to announce that the couple is expecting their first child.

Along with the photo, she shared a special note.
“Womb to womb/To beating wing/I climbed out of the eternal/And into the shape of me,” she wrote.
“Some words I wrote years ago when I was thinking about my own mother. And the woman she was when she had me. And the woman I was reaching to become. The shape your desires make out of you. The body you become to hold your dreams. It’s with two feet firmly on the ground and a heart swelling in an ocean of love that I’d like to share the new shape I am becoming to hold the greatest dream of them all.”
She then thanked her “beautiful hearted baby daddy” Lorenzo for snapping the photo.

A source told Radar Online that the couple visited an LA-area restaurant earlier this week, and although they had not yet made their public announcement, it was clear Malone is expecting.
“[Lorenzo] was very sweet and carried her through the doors as they came into the restaurant,” the witness told Radar, adding that while they did not order alcohol, they did toast each other with their water glasses.
And it sounds like Malone could be expecting a girl, because the source said Malone was overheard telling Lorenzo, “You wanted a boy, didn’t you?”
Malone has not announced the sex of her little bundle yet, but if she does, we will keep you updated.
