Teresa Giudice has already admitted prison was a culture shock.

But now, ahead of the release of her tell-all memoir, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is dishing some new — and dirty— details about her prison experience.
As she reveals in Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, one of the most shocking things about life behind bars was the nickname her fellow inmates had given to Giudice’s prison cell — she revealed it was called the “Boom Boom Room” because of how often inmates used it to have sex.
And Giudice also reveals that on her second day in prison, she heard some of her fellow inmates doing the deed.
“[It was a] muffled sound,” she recalled. “I could see two women… writhing around… I cannot believe this is happening!”

Giudice was just released in late December after spending 11 months in a women’s facility in Danbury, Connecticut. She was serving her sentence after she and her husband, Joe Giudice, both pleaded guilty to a long list of charges, including mail fraud and conspiracy charges. Joe Giudice is set to begin his sentence, for 41 months, in March, when he will report to the Fort Dix Federal Corrections Institution in New Jersey.
Giudice has revealed small details throughout her sentence about the challenges she faced during her incarceration, but her book will give her fans a much more detailed look at everything she went through while she was serving her sentence, like thinking of her husband in order to pass the time while she was behind bars.
“Madonna mia, I was dreaming of my husband,” she said, adding that she sent him an X-rated Father’s Day card featuring drawings of sex positions.
