Zoolander 2: 13 most bizarre and unexpected cameos

Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller) is back after a 15-year hiatus, and he’s walking the runway with some pretty unusual suspects. Here are our favorites.

1. Benedict Cumberbatch

It’s true, Cumberbatch does have an offbeat sex appeal as Sherlock, but as the eyebrowless supermodel named All in Zoolander 2, we’re left just scratching our heads.

2. Justin Theroux

We have to admit we didn’t know Theroux had acted in the film until we saw his name listed in the credits for playing Evil DJ. Well done!

3. Justin Bieber

We have to give props to the Biebs for thoroughly poking fun at himself. He’s hilarious in the movie.

4. Sting

Sting plays himself in the film and reveals how many hours he can really go making love. Let’s just say his wife, Trudie, is a lucky gal (sigh).

5. Neil deGrasse Tyson

Talk about unexpected, it was out of this world to see an astrophysicist in a comedy about fashion.

6. Anna Wintour

The devil may wear Prada, but in Zoolander 2, Anna Wintour is part of a cult!

7. Milla Jovovich

There are a lot of beautiful women in the film, and Jovovich fits right in.

8. Susan Sarandon

Sarandon always looks stylish, but her gorgeous son, Miles Robbins, had no trouble rockin’ a My Little Pony Blazer at the Zoolander 2 premiere. Who knew teddy bears and tights were the new trend?

9. Holly Johnson

Relax, he’s just the lead singer from Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

10. Kiefer Sutherland

Kiefer Sutherland plays a New Age love interest for Hansel (Owen Wilson), who may or may not be carrying Hansel’s love child.

11. Susan Boyle

We’re not sure what Boyle has been up to lately, but it was a total surprise to see her in this movie!

12. Olivia Munn

Who doesn’t want the stunningly beautiful Munn in their movie?

13. Willie Nelson

How the pot-smoking, tax-avoiding country singer got into a comedy about fashion, we don’t know, but we’re sure glad he did.

Zoolander 2 opens today.
